"Nice club med style hotel painted cute. breakfast is good to best. Surrounding area esp the river is idyllic. 25min walk to beach along river. surrounded by public parks. But they seem to have many events which can be noisy at night if there is one esp weekends. Not cheap but will revisit"

"Beautiful property in Mandelieu and quite close to the train station, overlooking the port. Mandelieu is two towns over from Cannes but it is quite accessible with nice restaurants nearby and a peaceful neighbourhood "

"This place is not in Cannes proper, it's a short drive to downtown, but that's it's advantage. Walk to a beach and a superyacht studded marina. Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. Stay here you'll like it "
