I contacted Le Rodbar about my troubles getting there from the city during the day but noone answered so I went there in person to discuss the options because it was too late to cancel the booking. They told me there's no way I can come to my room after 21:30 because I am the only person in the building. I asked for WIFI password, it didn't work. "Hotel is very pretty. Room large, pretty and comfortable. Well designed, but with some modern annoyances - can't use fake card key. Desk clerk very friendly and helpful (Arthur). Own secure outside parking area with gate that is closed at night. Restaurant good, but may not belong to hotel. Internet connection blocks ssh. We have junior suite, which is quite large and very nice. Hotel fronts on canal, and view is fantastic. City is very pretty from this viewpoint. Breakfast good. Thermostat appears to be only decorative. I like this place a lot. Definitely better than the usual 4*."
