"We stayed as a family of 3 at the end of May for 4 nights. We booked the suite as this was 1 bedroom apartment and were extremely happy. We had 2 huge balconies both we sea views, a beautiful bedroom, bathroom living room and large modern fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotless, as was the whole hotel and lovely swimming pool. "People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The hotel and facilities were outstanding. But I did not like the LOUD music playing almost all the time. Started maybe at 11am continuing until maybe midnite. Not sure on the times, but closing the doors and windows did not help. Nothing to do with the hotel because it's like this all over Albania, but smoking in the public areas was annoying. Did not get the room I booked, Panorama Junior Suite Sea View. She said I booked that general category, not that room, but she switched me to correct room when I complained. The website is VERY misleading."

"This property is stunning. The staff was freindly and helpful. We loved the room, the view was amazing. The pool is beautiful and everything is well thought out. Parking is easy. My only complaint is that the road in didnt have a sign at the top so we where nervous for a minute but the gps got us right to the front door."

"This hotel is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The reception closed at 11pm and we came for our check in at 4am. The manager came down to check us in and wasn’t upset or rude. She was lovely and polite with us which was an amazing start to our stay in this hotel. The sea view rooms are just amazing, you can see the whole Sarandë bay from your room. Our room was impeccably clean, fresh beds and towels, super clean toilet and good amenities. All rooms are fitted with hairdryers, super strong wifi on all floors, extra pillows, blankets and even some chairs with a table in the balcony. Breakfast was out of this world, you can enjoy the morning breeze in their open plan dining area with a good option on Balkan breakfast item favourites. We had a true, authentic and peaceful experience at this hotel. Parking on site is also under supervision which means if you’re hiring a car (like we did), it will be absolutely safe. Please do not think twice to book this hotel, I have travelled to over 20 countries in the past year and this hotel very easily comes in the top 3 for location, good price and service."
