"The property is cheaper for a reason - was not clean at all (e.g., the black on the shower floor went away just by my being in the shower and using my bodywash, a roach woke me up in the night as I saw it crawling on the wall towards my kitchen, the laundry facility is outside so the washer was moldy and smelled, do not count on any dishes or utensils for using the kitchenette). Headlights of people checking in at midnight or 0100 woke me up. For the price I survived the two-night stay."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern and neatly maintained. There is also a Wawa gas station right next to the hotel so you can walk over and get snacks and water. Overall the experience was great. I will definitely be returning if I have another event in Tampa."

"We stayed there for a 5 days, we had nice room but smell was so bad and getting worse after two nights ( musty sewage smell) I went to front desc lady and asked her if they have some kind of issues with sewage system. She said no, and I explained everything to her. She offered to swap the rooms and we did that. Overall had good time. Breakfast lady Linda was running brakefast area clean with order and spotless.
