This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect property for a weekend get-away or month-to-month rental. Enjoy breathtaking view of Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The property is located on the corner of College and Kimball, a prime location when attending any K-State sporting event. Walking distance to Via Christi Hospital and easy access to Seth Childs and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Just minutes from NBAF (National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility) and the college campus.

Perfect location for Graduation
Wonderful place to stay, especially graduation weekend. Walked over to Bramlage even on a cold day was less than 5 minutes. Large rooms and love the full length mirrors in each when we were all trying to get ready. Thanks for a great place to stay.
