The Manila Hotel
The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. Clean but during our 3rd day of stay, 1 of the staff told us that there was a dress code policy which is first, and we seen some guest also not having a proper dress code and they let them in the restaurant.
