The rooms are clean and a very good value for your money accommodation in the Bay Area. The amenities like the gym and the pool are just perfect. The staff are courteous and very helpful. I’ll be staying here again when in the MOA area.

The place is quiet, nice and safe location.Staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. Almost close to all attraction like MOA, Ocean Park, Manila Zoo, Intramuros. Price was not bad, either.. Will come back here again.

In between flights

Perfect spot near the airport for a stopover stay, will use the pools next time. Staff were very friendly and good, only a bed in between flights but will explore more when we return.

Pros: Close proximity to Mall of Asia (10 minutes walking distance mostly in shade); nice amenities and long, well-maintained pool; friendly and accommodating staff that goes above and beyond to please the guests; many restaurants within walking distance either on the same block or at the nearby Parqual Mall and Wilson (W) Mall, MOA, and Ayala Mall; weekly running and biking events at Parqual Mall every Saturday; very reasonable, same day laundry service if dropped off before 7 AM; BPI and Bank of China ATMs on the block. Cons: Karoake room music in the West building corner causing vibrations throughout that part of the building up to the top, 18th floor; the yard security & other staff played music at their own pleasure almost every day from 5 PM to 10 PM; avoid staying in this section if long-term or sensitive to loud music/vibrating bass sound; age of the property starts to show, especially inside of the rooms and hallways and only 2 of 4 elevators operating at some times. No safety deposit box at the room. Summary: Good value for the money if one is willing to put up with some imperfections. 2-bedroom apartments are also available for rent.

Staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. The only concern was the bathtub was leaking in our room. I told the staff and right away they gave me the answer why it’s leaking and can’t be fix at the moment

Staff were brilliant, the front desk allowed us to leave our cases for a week, while we went to Borneo. The cleaning staff deserve a big thanks as well, they never get much praise, but did an excellent job. After staying twice it's obvious some rooms are better than others. 1717 was really nice, 1720 needs some upgrades, a shower curtain and the missing end of the sink tap replacing would be good. Overall a good stay for a stopover or if you like shopping or the casino, all are near by.

3 Days in Manila

Me & my wife loved the hotel.It was better than we expected.All the staff were pleasant & helpful.We did have a couple of small problems. We informed the front desk & maintenance was at our room within 10 minutes.Our hotel room was clean & tidy.Not once did I see a Cockroach in the hotel. The only disappointment with the room. It had a hob that we couldn't use. No utensils to cook with. We had to eat out or bring food back to our room. Would we stay at this hotel again. Definitely yes. It's 1 of the best hotel's I've stayed in. The mall of Asia is only about a 20 minute walk. When you are in the philippines you have to go to Jollibee's & Boss Coffee at least one just for the experience. This is my experience at the hotel. Even though we couldn't cook in our room I still give the hotel a 10/10

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is very convenient–close to the airport and large shopping malls. The Executive Room was spacious, and I appreciated having a water heater in the shower. However, there were a few issues during my stay. One of the balcony doors couldn’t be fully closed, which was a concern. The building has a slightly dated smell, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak inside the rooms and bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower was also very low, and the showerhead was positioned unusually low for a Junior Executive room. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements, especially in room maintenance and amenities, would make a big difference.
