This felt like someone's house set up to be used when rented out.
Roaches drove us out. Too many and we were unable to reach the host. I could not understand why I was able to talk via Expedia till I landed in the Phillipines and "messages could not be seen" and I was asked to use Facebook.
Unable to use the pool because the host had to have us fill out a form, that we did not receive and instructions could bot be left at the front desk.
Host came by at midnight one night without sending a message through Expedi. I was not opening the door to a stranger at that time. Found out later that it was the host. I moved out early between the roaches and claustrophobic feeling it was not worth it. Room is smaller than pics are shown. It is basically a small hallway with one partition set up btn living room and "bedroom".
There's no proper storage, so if there's more than one person, room gets swallowed up quickly.
Oh and if you are female and have a montly accident on the sheets you will be charged ~2500 pesos, not kidding. It's in the check in instructions.
Run! You are better off in a typical hotel.
Area is walking distance to the Mall of Asia and several eateries, a fact I missed when I moved out.
