Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down. On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and dine in. Variety of options on the menu. Flavors are consistent and the team treats you like family. Want to acknowledge Michelle, Alexa, Belle, John and Edmar. Great team of regular staff and trainees. The Front Desk and Security Team always made sure we had what we needed when we arrived at the hotel or left for the day. Traveling with elderly parents, I felt comfortable for parents. Often times my father would take morning walks, and they always looked out for him. They took great consideration when the grab or taxi arrived to help them in and out the vehicles. They greeted us by our names which added a sincerity to our day. Very warm and welcoming to hear your name recognized. Kudos to: Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, MJ, Emmanual, Clyde, Nico, and William Also want to acknowledge our housekeeper Lerma and the fellas that operated the Spa and Gym. All the staff are great! Shout out to William, the hotel porter, for being friendly. We stayed in Linden several times now. I think they need to do a lot with the property. Drapes haven’t been washed as I observed. Faucets in the bathrooms/shower need to be replaced or fixed. In short, the hotel should do an upgrade on their property.

I booked a 3 bedroom suite and it was very spacious to my surprise. Not only was it spacious but very clean. When we drove up to the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and did not hesitate to assist us with our luggage. At check-in, the front desk staff were not as friendly and engaging like the staff that greeted you. One of the front desk staff didn’t even bother to look up and just continued to look down at the computer. I wasn’t sure if he was going to assist me or not so I waited until the other front desk staff finished checking in a customer. While I waited another individual walked in and went straight to the person that was looking at the computer and proceeded to assist him. I was a bit annoyed since he knew I was waiting to be helped. If the front desk staff upon check-in was friendlier and engaging, I would have given 5 stars.

Our refreshed suite was modernized and clean. Very spacious and convenient for charging my electronics near my bedside. The staff was very courteous, welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay in Linden Suites .we stayed in the refreshed 3 bedrooms.The room is very spacious the living room kitchen you can cook they have the pans utensils plates glass and etc.They will provide drinking water for u Just minor complaints the shower drain does not drain as fast as it should be u have to wait a lil bit so it will not flood the bathroom. The staff are all nice helpful and accommodating especially Harold in the front desk.Lawson convenient store is walkable its like beside the hotel, Pan de manila is walkable for those who like fresh pandesal , beside the pandemanila is 7 eleven.Megamall and podium edsa shangriila is walkable around 15 minutes depend on ur pace .Jollibee KFC Starbucks and buddys are walkable too.We like it eventhough the building is not as modern kinda outdated.will stay again in Linden suites !Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that I had been upgraded to a larger suite. Easy walking distance to MegaMall and Podium mall. There were a couple of convenience stores, Lawson and 7-11 just steps from the hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Will definitely stay again

I always stay here every time I go to Manila. The facility is a little outdated but clean and safe. It is convenient; walking distance to Podium and Mega Mall. The staff were great. The security guards has a personal approach, shout out to Morales, who always remember me and calls me by my last name. The restaurant staff at the Happy Chef were great too, shout out to Darwin and Ms Kim, who were always very pleasant and nice. Overall my stay at Linden this time was excellent and I highly recommend this place. This hotel might not have the luxury of the other hotels within the proximity but it has its own pleasant and personalize identity that sets it apart from the rest.
