Early check in fee Php 700 per hour
Late Check out fee PHP500 after every 30 minutes past check out time

Strictly no smoking of any kind, no partying, no pets allowed, no unauthorized guests and visitors. Guest are all announced.

Maximum capacity of the unit is up to 2 people only.

When you book, you will be asked for your valid ID or passport copy and the names and valid ID’s of your companions. The building management requires a copy of your government ID, kindly submit this before booking confirmation or 24 hours prior check in date.

You will also be asked to fill up a guest information sheet at the Front Desk. This is REQUIRED by the building administration for your move-in clearance.

We do our very best to provide basic needs and accommodate guests' requests but just a friendly reminder that we're not a hotel nor can we duplicate your home. We also practice and encourage sustainability. We may charge extra fees for additional towels, tissue and water as well as for cleaning and other requests/errands outside usual hours.
