"Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure & temperature. Dinner very good and serving staff Bekah, Yen, Mike & Mizzy were very attentive. Breakfast buffet excellent, but very busy. One complaint: Don’t rely on the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on 6th March I called the hotel to request the shuttle. It was already full. Took a ‘Grab’ car to the hotel for about $11 CAD. Upon our arrival, tried to book the shuttle for our return to the airport on 7th March; it was full. We are transiting through Manila, upon our return from 8 days in El Nido, on 15th March, again staying at the Kingsford Hotel. On 6th March I tried to book the shuttle for 15th and 16th March, but it was already booked by other guests! Absolutely useless! "
