Why stay in a hotel room when you can have a nearly brand new one-bedroom efficiency condo all to yourself? You'll feel right at home in this cozy 2nd floor unit. Great modern feel throughout!
AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air unit, laundry. Cable service setup in living room, smart TV set in bedroom. Secure high-speed WIFI included.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer! Also, you are only approximately 1 mile from the beaches of Lake Michigan, 12 minute drive to Little River Casino, and 15 miles to Northern Natural Winery!
EDGEWATER: This recently developed condo building is located on the shores of the Manistee Channel, right at downtown Manistee. There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and every unit has 1 designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street, but it can fill during popular holidays or festivals. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided prior to check in.
** Please note: The HOA does not allow rental units to accept pets. This is strictly enforced and any evidence of pets in the rental can result in eviction or fines. Additionally, this building is a "smoke free project" which includes the grounds around the property. There should be no smoking at all on property. **

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.

The rooms we stayed in were very nice. Jessica was amazing and very helpful. If we needed anything, Jessica made sure we were taken care of immediately. Her customer service far exceeded our expectations.
Condo was absolutely perfect. Had all we needed for a wknd getaway. Extremely clean, very comfy and perfect location to downtown Manistee. Highly recommend for a couples time away to relax and enjoy the adorable town roght over the bridge.

This was just a great stay! Right on the river and very near downtown shopping. Lots to do in the area. Will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at this neat and tidy condo. It’s in the ideal location with proximity to the State Campground and downtown location. Everything was perfect!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and smelled good too, which I appreciate! We hope to stay again and would recommend this to our friends!
The property itself was listed appropriately, and in a great location. All amenities were found within the unit as listed. Really, no issues at all! Great stay for a quick weekend.

Overall a great unit. Location was the highlight, you could walk to all the downtown shops without having to find a parking spot.
Unit was very clean. It had all the amenities advertised. Minor inconveniences include: Noisy (almost whistling) heater/AC unit, Shower didn't drain well, and minor road noise while laying in bed.
All in all, a very good unit. Great location, and more than fair price.
Property was very nice, fresh, clean and well stocked with all essentials. Had a bit of trouble with people parking in our assigned spot while they were at the adjacent bar but each night, things worked out.
There is an elevator but did not have access to that coming in on the first floor. We easily had access to it from the second floor down to the first.
Windows did not close in either the bedroom or the living room so you always heard voices of the bar and cars on the street.
The air conditioning unit had a constant whine that at night you had to sleep with something running so you didn't hear it. The noise did not change, it was always there.
The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable but it's a foam mattress which I have found that cotton sheets on a foam mattress are hot. Just a general suggestion to try linen sheets if you ever get a chance. We were very comfortable so it's not a big deal just a suggestion.
The light in the corner of the living room needed some repairs, we got a wrench and took care of that. It would not stand upright unless it was leaning into the corner. A little adjustment on the base and everything was good to go.
I would stay again. These miscellaneous items did not make or break the enjoyment that we had with the unit.

Good overall place for a place to stay. Great location. When we needed help from the host we were brushed off. Had to park across the street when someone took our reserved spot so that wasn't convenient for checkout.
