"What a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We had a huge delay flying in and I had to call to let them know we would be arriving really late (5am in the morning) and you got to speak to an actual person at the front desk, not a computer or a call center. It was great! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and helpful, just a breath of fresh air after the day we had. It’s super close to everything, I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Polaris Hotel. The staff was wonderful and honored our anniversary with a complimentary fruit tray! It was a wonderful touch after my husband’s afternoon at Ascend Spa. He came back refreshed and looking 10 years younger after his Salt stone massage and Upglow facial. We look forward to coming back and spending more time at the hotel, spa and dining!! Loved all of it! But especially the gorgeous mountain views!!"

"The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were nicely kept. And I the only issue I had was my door key sometimes would not work, but other than that it was a great stay. I would recommend this hotel to someone in the future."
