Reception speaks English well. The onsen has beach view. We highly recommend this hotel with great restaurant for dinner as well nearby Hokaido rolling sushi restaurant."

"Would be good to have simple cooking amenities like cooking oil, salt, pepper. Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

"We stayed at a couple of places in Misasa during our trip and this was the best in my opinion. The level of service and professionalism here is outstanding. The large onsen we booked time for private session was amazing. would recommend to anyone staying in Misasa. "

"The hotel was very well kept from the lobby to the actual room that I stayed in. The wifi speed is also very fast and stable, probably the best wifi I've used in a hotel so far. The staff were very friendly during the check-in and check-out procedure, although they can't communicate in English (however a translation app should be good enough to communicate with the staff), front-desk service is 24 hours too so it is convenient for people checking into the hotel late at night. Amenities were good tho, with amenities free-to-take from the lobby. The parking spaces availability were quite limited so be careful on that. However the location is not that convenient as it is a 30 mins walk from the hotel to Yonago station, or a 15 mins bus ride from the nearest bus stop which is within a 3 mins walk. I might stay here again or consider another hotel that is closer to Yonago station. Excellent hotel overall"
