The rooms are tired and the bar is so busy the poor 3 staff were swamped, which created angst amongst travellers, especially newbys whose excitement got the better of them. "I booked an accessible room, not knowing an accessible room meant 'wheelchair accessible '. The living area and bedroom were fine but the bathroom was a challenging for an able bodied person let alone someone with a walking challenges. Someone in the hotel needs to reassess the layout of the bathroom to make it easier for someone who needs 'accessibility'."
