"It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. We finally did get the room locations we wanted but only after having to spend way too much time trying to communicate with host. Rooms were clean. Beds...

"Walking distance from the train station and the castle. Also walked to the park on the river, the fountain, library and places to eat. Did not have air conditioning."

"Rooms were quite nice but small. No room to unpack and store your belongings. One chair to sit down so the other person had to sit on the bed. Breakfast was quite expensive for what the hotel was offering. This was not included in the price of the room."

"Very friendly staff, roomy rooms, AC worked silently and well in the summer heat."

"You could stay any nearer to Mannheim Hbf so the location is perfect. Easy access to the city centre too and tram/bus transport links on the doorstep. Lovely reception team member on arrival and the slightly early check-in allowed (14.30) when the temperature was 33 degrees was much appreciated."

"BED BUGS AND VERY Basic BREAKFAST and not reception from 9 pm till 12.15 p.m ( not sure about the start time as i waited till 12.15pm. Avoid if you can."
