We had a hard time finding the hotel at first arrival and reception was temporarily on the second floor of the building, so it was a little weird to have to walk in and get the elevator. The big minus point was that the T.V. reception was inacceptable... the ONLY channel that worked was the shopping channel. In an area where there is not much going on, TV for guests should be a given! "
