"Clean facilities, good AC. Ideal location on bus route. Meals were good, dinner and breakfast. Monica was very helpful. We travelled on to take a cruise and was able to store items until we returned."

"The hotel staff were kind and accommodating! The hotel decor was questionable. The elevator (lift) was tiny, the halls are very dark and narrow! The room was clean, however there were several dead bugs (bees) on the window sill. We did not eat there so I can comment on the food! Transportation to and from the airport is 5 GBP per person each way! Bus was close to schedule but rarely on time. I think that the next time we visit London we’ll stay in London instead of Gatwick."

"Conveniently located at Gatwick South Terminal so ideal if catching an early morning flight. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a long queue at check-in which was tedious, but apart from that, the hotel was good"
