"When you pay premium price for a property you expect premium service. The property was not available on time when we arrived, there wasnt any coffee or tea in the kitchen, etc. The property has good views but the overall experience is not worth it."

"Very nice accommodation, suited us well. Was exactly as described in the posting, pictures fair and accurate. In good repair, all basic necessities, the heat/AC worked fine. The great lake views came with stairs to the 4th floor, elderly and young families should take that in consideration. In our 8 days, the week days were quiet, the weekend brought more guests, tighter parking and more noise, as expected in dense housing. We will return again next fall. "

"We loved the pool and spas available with plenty of tables and chairs and shade to get out of the sun when needed! The condos themselves were spacious and clean! There was cable TV available but the guide provided didn't natch the channels so some channel surfing was needed. The parking was not ideal and we werw not aware of the tight parking prior to arriving but even with our large vehicles we were able to find decent spots. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we are already planning on staying...

"The space is a great size and was a good fit for my group of 3 adult women needed individual sleeping areas. THe view of the lake was beautiful and the hot tub was a wonderful retreat in the evening. I was very disappointed in the communication with the property management company. I received 3 email messages that I have to assume were automated since my many messages to Kelly, when these emails asked me to reach out if there was anything she could do to make our stay better, went unreplied to...
