"Front desk was friendly and professional. The hotel lobby was beautiful. I stayed on the 8th floor and each floor had different artists artwork displayed which intrigued me to visit each floor. Free bike rental was a disappointment ! For this huge hotel, only 2 bikes? I wanted to rent, but one had a flat tire. Fitness room was plentiful. Room felt damp but clean otherwise. We explored Seattle more, but like the laid back calmness of Tacoma. Tacoma itself felt quite desolate so the surrounding areas was too quiet for me."
