Waterfront property at Kerr lake
- Waterfront property with a private beach and a dock on a Kerr lake. Golf cart, Kayaks, paddle boat, small boat and many inflatables are provided. There is a fire pit with a grill, gas grill, outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, ping-pong table, monkey bars and zip lane for kids, fishpond. You most probably will be greeted by 2 Neighbour's bulldogs but please do not be afraid, they are sweetest dogs you can imagine. The property is located next to the widest, deepest and cleanest part of the lake just a few miles from a boat ramp.
