"Chelley and her charming cottage are fabulous! Chelley is charming, her property, including her cottage is comfortable and the perfect size. My dear mom had a stroke and was airlifted to Redding, then transferred to a rehab center in Anderson. I needed to be close and wanted the opportunity to cook. This cottage in Cottonwood provided everything I needed! I highly recommend Chelley’s cottage, whatever your reason for time away, her cottage will treat you right!!!"

"The house was excellent. All the rooms were roomy. We could of definitely had 3 or 4 more people and not been cramped. Patio was awesome . Everything we needed was there. Had a couple of questions and Mellisa responded very quickly. Would rent this house again."

"This was a GREAT option for Lassen Volcanic National Park. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy with a nice mini-fridge and microwave. The restaurant across the street (same company) was excellent with some great sunset views from the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."

"Such a relaxing time at the Riverhouse! Absolutely gorgeous location right on the Sacramento River. The house, yard and location are all absolutely amazing. All the amenities are right there, including a sauna! Parking is right at the front door. We lacked for nothing. I hope we can get back soon. "
