"This is a hotel I definitely will revisit and stay. What I like the most is its staff and its location very close to MRT, 2 mins walking distance. If I have to recommit something, I would say a water station in every floor and no need for individually packaged for a tiny Q-tip for example. Less plastic usage should be idea. I know it a Japanese franchise hotel but everyone should do their part to make this world less polluted. Hope this helps. Best, Wen"

Excellent experience (as always)

"Pacific Business Hotel is always my go-to place to stay in Taipei. The room is always very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. And lots of little touches make a difference (e.g., electrical outlets that will accommodate my Singapore plugs). Had the breakfast this time and it was pretty good. I liked the dim sum. My only complaint was that there were no English instructions for the all-Chinese TV remote control. If I had gone to the front desk with this though, they surely would have helped me. I was just too lazy to do so. I'll be staying there again tomorrow night, so I'll be sure to ask about the TV remote control when I check in."

"The front desk service is excellent especially the lady Yan Chang. Her service is exceptional and highly commendable! The classic king room is a good size and the bed is very comfortable with great beddings and pillows! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the lady manager of the cafe for taking responsibility for one of the staff’s, ie Jane’s rude behavior. We really appreciate the cafe’s lady manager apology on behalf of Jane’s rudeness. "

"10 days in Taipei and loved staying here. It’s occupying two floors of a mixed-use building which is quite popular in Taipei. The staff was excellent in recommending places to get what I wanted. Daily breakfast is pre ordered and brought to the lobby for pick up. (Taiwanes breakfast or McDonalds) there’s an eating area with tea and coffee. The neighborhood is lively with many eateries including DinTaiFung. Many SOGO department stores as well. I would stay again if on a budget. Just don’t pick the rooms without windows. "
