"The king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, which is not always the case at hotels in Taipei. The business center was excellent, providing a quiet environment for conference calls, along with convenient amenities such as a printer, complimentary water, and coffee. The breakfast selection was good, and the staff were friendly and professional. The only minor drawback was the lack of flexibility for a late check-out, as even a one-hour extension was not accommodated. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5/5 and would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers."

"Can’t beat the location, central to everything. Although I recently learned that the Hyatt by 101 could be better location for high end shopping. As for me, I love how comfortable the beds are. I love the balcony with a view to the rail station and we saw rainbows from our balcony two days in a row. I enjoyed our stay. The deep bathtub, the versatile design of the washroom that could open up and be exposed to the living area. Perhaps not for everyone but I love it. I also enjoy the gym which is stocked with water, towels and apples. The water dispenser/machine which also dispensed carbonated water was very convenient to use on each floor. Many subway lines are just right by the metro station. Lots of eateries around. Endless things to do and see just around there including the night market, less than 15 minutes walk."

"This hotel is in an amazing location, is clean, well-maintained and has very helpful staff all for a fantastic price-point. It has kiosk-style self check-in but don't let this fool you into thinking you're in a no-frills budget hotel. Check-in is easy and smooth and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. When I go back to Taipei, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again."
