The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only issue was there was a little bit of mould in the bathrooms, likely due to lack of ventilation. But otherwise it was a comfortable stay in a very convenient area

We had a fantastic stay at amba Taipei Ximending. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet, with an excellent shower. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of Ximen, surrounded by vibrant shopping streets, great restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the metro. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel at ximending. Although it’s about 5-7 minutes walk from station, you won’t feel that as there are so many shops in the area. Lots of eateries in the area. It’s sometimes hard to find a hotel with window in this area and amba does offer rooms with it. My room on top floor is clean and spacious, separate toilet and shower (rain shower available). toiletries are from nice Taiwanese brand. Can’t ask for more with this room rate!

Nice area and clean hotel. Got the highest level 10, with rain shower and separate toilet area from shower. They provided 2 bottle of water, free slippers, bathrobes, shampoos, body soap and lotions. TV has many international channels and spacious. Really enjoying this area. Lobby is at 5th floor and have foosball and many sitting areas.
