From the simple greeting to guests to the concern they showed in making sure the little details were taken care of, we felt comfortable, and even more notable was how I observed that the electric line workers staying there were treated. I saw the person at the front desk going out of her way to help them get what they needed in such a cheerful way, and it left a lasting good impression. The lobby area is bright, with a lot of natural light, and gives a relaxing feel. This hotel was a little difficult to navigate to - no fault of their own, the town appears to be a small one that got a 30,000 population dropped on it and the traffic patterns show it, but well worth a couple left turns."
