It has a full kitchen but only plastic plates/bowls and not a lot of silverware. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable."

"The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in."

"The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater."

"I’m not sure it was how it was described in the description when I first wrote it. Some of the items were stuck to counter tops and couldn’t easily be moved do to lack of cleaning. It was a nice place in the inside besides that. People in close other apartments smoked A LOT of WEED. I won’t stay there again because of this. If you can handle that I’d suggest it for sure."

"The house is set in a leafy residential neighborhood, walking distance to the lake.The host was easy to communicate with and let us check in early which we appreciated. The apartment is on the first floor of a two story house and very quiet. Although it checks all the boxes (it was as advertised) the property could use some TLC."

"Nice and cozy apartment, good security, offers a parking space. Lost the key so getting in and out was reliant on the host but they were pretty good with it. Right in front of a bus stop that opens options for you to go anywhere around town. A/C works good, right next to the university and downtown, pretty peaceful too."

While the property was safe, quiet with great dinning and night life options, the room itself was lacking. The all in one shower/toilet/ sink unit was nearly deadly. While the white tile was attractive, the lack of a simple squeegee left the tile very wet. The late night potty was an enter at your own risk situation. "Studio apartment that has a bed in a closet for extra sleeping space. We had 2 adults. And 1 11 year old. The place looks like it was halfhazardly put together. With a little more time and investment it could be VERY nice. The 1 "bedroom" doesnt have a window. So should be classified as a studio with a seperate sleeping option. Driveway has us parking in the grass, entry gate is small, shoukd defiantely have measurements included, (what if i brought a big truck? Eek) Back could use...

"This was a cute little apartment in the best location that allowed us to walk to the flats and East 4th and tons of other areas nearby. The only complaint was that the neighbors were so loud and partying, and it was very loud. But, that’s also not completely unexpected in a downtown setting on a weekend night, so it is what it is. Would recommend and stay again!"
