"We stayed here a couple nights. The staff were very helpful at the front desk and resolved an issue with the room we had right away. However, the property is quite old, the floors creak and even with white noise playing I was able to hear people in rooms below and beside us close doors, move around, etc. The bed was fairly comfortable but I was awoken both mornings around 4:30am to a very noisy building."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location of Seattle. Rooms were nice size, clean and very nice. Staff were all very helpful and courteous. Walking distance to Pikes Place and other nice restaurants and coffee shops. Would most definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this hotel for two days and the AC was broken. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, especially at night. I called the front desk, and all they could do was offer me a mini desktop fan. There were no maintenance workers onsite to help. It was not a good stay at all. I will say, that the bar downstairs serves good food and drinks and the staff was very nice! I would not be staying here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was sophisticated. The biggest highlight though was the incredible staff. Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here."

"The breakfast was decently good on the app Expedia is said check in time was 3 but when arriving to the hotel they said it was 4. We got there about 2:40 and had to wait, when 4 o’clock hit the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t able to check in until 4:20-30"
