"It has the best location in Windsor and is a perfect place to stay for one night before heading to Heathrow for a flight. The hotel is a historic building and very charming, but the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear walking and talking from nearby rooms and upstairs, but being in the center of town was worth it. We had a great view of the changing of the guards!"

We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break."

"Excellent location right on the Thames river, with views of the Thames from our room, and from breakfast room and Brasserie. Just a block from Windsor castle. Really good and extensive buffet breakfast was included. Nice staff. Good sized room. Only caveat is that it required a bunch of steps up and steps down, then a full flight of steps up to reach our room. This was ok for us but would be difficult for some. Bellhop carried our bags up and down. "
