Spare of The Moment Booking

Neat cabin, reasonably quiet and unique location. A spare of the moment booking in a location we had never stayed. Well appointed for a cabin, that’s not meant to sound derogatory either. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We arrived at Lillyponds around 5pm, our key had been left out for us. We see there two nights and didn’t see the owners or any staff while we were there, this seemed unusual. When we left we had to leave the key in an unlocked box. People were trying to access the office for change for washing machines. I would have liked to ask if there was a hair dryer I could borrow no one available. Very nice gardens around the park.

Office closed at 3 pm weekdays and was closed all weekend. The cabin was very old, floor rotted in areas in the bathroom. The seals in the shower taps needed replacing as they dripped constantly. A heat pump in the water heater right outside the window sounded like a generator ( window was closed). It came on at different times of the night and stayed on forever.

Pretty nice place. The area gets very cold but the unit has an oil heater to help with that. I'd totally stay there again next time I'm up in Mapleton. The only thing I was worried about was that the locks on my unit were a bit fiddly. After locking the door, it's pretty difficult to get the key back out without unlocking it again

Magical Cabin for a quick getaway

Lilyponds is our most favourite getaway destination & have continued to return at every opportunity to get away. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world but we found Lilyponds Holiday Park to be the best.

Repeat Stay

Lilyponds has to be our most favourite accommodation. We have stayed there last year & fell absolutely in love with the place so this is our second stay. We highly recommend Lilypond Holiday Park to anyone.

3 nights of comfort.

We used our stay in Mapelton as a ‘base camp’ to explore the towns in the Blackall Mountain Range. Having a little cabin with a kitchen was a definite plus. WiFi was fine. Amenities were fine. Accommodations were close to each other, but the holiday park was very quiet. The pool was shallow, too shallow to swim in, more appropriate for small children. We would stay here again.

Not too shabby

We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom sinks and bathrooms were a little run down. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the whole bathroom stunk of really strong bleach... but overall was an awesome last minute getaway and would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and use the place as a base for all your adventures.

숙소 주인분들 너무 친절하시고, 시설 깨끗하게 관리되어있습니다. Montville과도 가까워 좋네요 조용하게 쉴수 있어서 또 오고 싶네요 그리고 세탁건조기 이용료가 다른 숙소보다 저렴해요
