"Okay first off. Took 25 mins to get checked in. Second got sent to a room where people were already inside. Those same people we walked in on did the same thing previously getting to the hotel.(walked in on another couple) There is no organization here. The floors in the rooms were beyond gross. I took the towel down to the front desk after it collected all the dirt on the floor. and asked for towels just to lay on the ground to walk from a to b. I wish I woulda snagged a photo of the towel is was nasty. Lady at the bar had the worst attitude, if you’re there for just the tips go do something else. I truly was not expecting to leave a bad review but with that much money on the line a bad review is a good heads up for people before they spend their hard earned money. You guys can do better it’s achievable. I will not go back to this hotel unless it’s a free stay for a test run. But all of this hotel needs to be brought to attention. The city of Rochester already has enough going on. To be one of the biggest hotels in the area with these many problems, a bad review is needed."

"Hotel is under renovations but it was clean. Our ac didn't work and the heat was on override. We woke at midnight to our room being 85 with the ac on blowing hot air. We were lucky we could open the window a few inches to let some cooler air in. There was supposed to be a concert in the hotel the night we stayed. It ended up being cancelled but it left a lot of concert goers in uproar and they made their displeasure with the hotel known to anyone around them. The hotel is in a nice area and walkable to a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops. "

"Other than the bathroom door sticking and making it difficult to open and close easily (I mean, it really got stuck), room was great and fit our needs. Staff were pleasant, accommodating, and so helpful (shoutout to Jessica who checked me in!). Restaurant staff bent over backwards to make drink special requests, and beautiful smiles when serving our delicious food. Thanks for a great wknd! Close to all that Rochester has to offet!"

"You have to request to have your room cleaned. Young adults smoking pot in room and by door and nothing was done about it. Signage clearly stated smoke free property."

"Better than expected! We booked last Minute for a family reunion and are so glad we did. The home was SPOTLESS! Smelled fresh, and felt brand new the linens were new on all 6 beds for us with mattress protectors those were new too, we checked! You can tell the furniture is new from the looks feel and smell.I feel it's perfect for working crew, and long stays, or even traveling professionals, honestly felt like we could move in long-term.Photos are just as online but even better in person, the host was extremely responsive via website and especially by phone I feel it's an extra perk and quality high of service when you can get multiple ways of communication and they exceeded went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. They even checked in on us the next day to see how our first night was. It was so peaceful and quiet safe and peace at mind, perfect lighting in the day and night, our family really enjoyed our stay. I will admit my kitchen got nothing on this place looks hand crafted, you can tell they took there time here in the designed, it's very spacious throughout the home, it stands out, different layout I've never seen. It's like 2 houses in one I feel like.Location was convenient to everything hospital down the road all stores and restaurants you can think of. We got around easily the entire trip it's literally in the middle of major events that occurs in Rochester. Great location worth every penny, and I would pay more for what it offers!"
