Really loud music as I checked in from the restaurant/ bar upstairs despite only two guys sitting outside on the balcony (where they couldn't hear the music) and the wait staff present. Asked them to turn it down - they didn't. Ordered a taxi to the airport but the driver was unable to make it, so the manager took me instead (A+ service)
