"We had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, it had absolutely everything you need for family. We did have a few issues while there but Bill was fantastic and sorted it right away. The owner had very speedy replies and allowed us to check in a bit earlier after travelling through the night. "

"The villa is modern, clean and well presented within the Mar Menor golf resort. It is clearly evident the owner is investing in the property and coupled with excellent and responsive property management services, it contributed towards a great holiday. The restaurants are within walking distance and they were of high quality.The local area is up and coming with many new housing developments, and hopefully this will bring more services and amenities in the Loa Alcazaries area.We will be looking to book the villa in 2026,"

"Lovely villa with plenty of space and good sized pool. Was very peaceful and relaxing. Good communication with booking from the owner, thank you. We ate in the plaza at Los Alcazares where there are many restaurants and also at restaurants a 2 min drive from villa. "

"We have been to the area before but many years ago. The villa was ideally located near the main hotel, a well stocked supermarket and about 10-15min walk to other restaurants. The villa was very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The owners were very good and helpful. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this villa. "

"hello, I'm not sure where to start - I was asked to pay 30 euro upon arrival for towels and bed sheets - I had to buy sheets on the 2nd day because the sheets on the beds were so old. the property has clearly had a significant issue, the key holder confirmed when he picked up the deposit there was an issue with the pool drainage and the water ended up inside the house for a period of time. this resulted in the house having considerable damp issues, the paint on the walls flaked off every day, dampness looked worse by the day with the walls stained and bubbling, the doors to the bedrooms and en suite didn't close because they were warped so badly, you couldn't use the wardrobes because the smell of damp was so bad inside them, everything smelled in the house - i had to keep the windows open to try get fresh air in. There was a big hole in the front garden under the front window covered by a door - clearly the issue is recent enough they are still trying to fix it.There were two brand new doors in the kitchen and the key holder said they were waiting to fit them.I was so concerned that I was worried about the electrics.The amount of flys inside the house was unreal clearly attracted because of the damp smell.In addition there is a wasps next in the back wall outside so you couldn't sit out there. I and my daughter were stung which has never happened me before.I think it's a disgrace this property is for rent when there are clearly issues it should not be rented.I have"
