"Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. The breakfast is very good, with all the options we needed. The location on the river is quiet and lovely, with swimming and kayak rental right from the property. "

"Property is quite new and very clean. It exceeded our expectations as we were just staying there after a long journey from Fortaleza area back to San Luis. Rooms are very clean, basic but good enough the main thing for us was the bathroom which was really clean and new!"

"O atendimento da Elis e sua irmã foram exelentes. Sempre total a disposicao, ajudando, indicando lugares e ate levando a um restaurante. No dia do checkout precisavamos sair antes do horario do cafe e mesmo assim aprontaram cafe pra gente mais cedo. O que precisa melhorar é em relacao ao chuveiro, apesar de ser eletrico nas fotos nao funciona. Sugestao de cortinas black-out pois passa claridade pela porta e janela e sugestao de tvs no quarto."

"A pousada é simples, porem boa. O dono e os funcionários sao muito gentis. Cadfe da manha simples, mais bem gostoso. Só nao dei 5 estrelas porem é bastante afastada do centro. Mais tem taxi a qq hora que leva e busca ( porem cada trecho custa 30 reais). "

"Achamos o quarto mais simples que nas fotos. O café da manhã além de ter um serviço muito cedo, termina às 9hs, é muito simples, principalmente se avaliarmos o preço da estadia, não vale o preço que cobram."
