"Pollyanna, was really helpful even I didn’t speak any Portuguese. Helped me to book a tour at last minute. When I got transferred from Sao Luis and arrived around 8:30 am, she checked me in without any extra charge. Breakfast was really good with wonderful views on top floor of hotel. Had a great time there. "

"It was a short but pleasant stay. The staff and river view were notable, rooms were better than we expected and breakfast was fresh. We also loved the possibility to go down and swim in the river. The neighborhood seems edgy but we did not have any problem walking from the hotel to the city center."

Quando trocaram a gente, tardiamente, para outro quarto ficou tudo muito melhor. O café da manhã do primeiro dia tinha muita variedade, mas nos outros 4 dias pouca opção. "

"Matteus was an excellent concierge for all our tour and transport needs! He is one of two English-speaking persons in Santo Amaro. Surprisingly, most people did not speak Spanish either, so Matteus was especially important (and patient) at all hours for our needs. The hotel is very basic, as are all of the in-town options. The breakfast is very good, with all the options we needed. The location on the river is quiet and lovely, with swimming and kayak rental right from the property. "

"Overall, the place was great. The staff was really humble and helpful; the general amenities were good and spacious; there’s a pool and breakfast buffet. The place is close to the main town but you’ll either need a car or find transportation. There is transportation available though (from the local services…). "O atendimento da Elis e sua irmã foram exelentes. Sempre total a disposicao, ajudando, indicando lugares e ate levando a um restaurante. No dia do checkout precisavamos sair antes do horario do cafe e mesmo assim aprontaram cafe pra gente mais cedo. O que precisa melhorar é em relacao ao chuveiro, apesar de ser eletrico nas fotos nao funciona. Sugestao de cortinas black-out pois passa claridade pela porta e janela e sugestao de tvs no quarto."
