"EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE IS FIVE STAR! Highly recommend"

"Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. "

"We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place"

"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

"I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

"The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner."

"Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aranwa in the Sacred Valley! A special thank you to Gualberto for being so warm and welcoming and making us feel right at home 🩷 The buffet was amazing, with lots of variety and plenty of options, including gluten-free choices. We had an issue with the water in our room, but the staff took care of it quickly and moved us to another room that was even bigger than our original one. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have some snacks available in the...

"Loved the location and the view from the terrace WOW ! For the breakfast you will have the basics. The staff is super helpful and friendly !"

"Nice quiet away from crowds. Only thing is the room doesn’t have coffee machine or hot water."

"Friendly staff"

"Good location right in the middle of everything. Walkable to Ollantaytambo train station, main square, restaurants, shops and the archaeological site. Basic hotel, large room. Ok breakfast nothing fancy. Nice and helpful staff but speak limited English. Reasonable price."
