"My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"

"I complained on the same day that they gave a small room and also the shower was full leakage and it was so horrible to bath and the TV didn't work in spite of so many calls also they didn't attend I never book this hotel This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Especially Front desk service is so horrible Very very bad and takes lot of time time to respond "

"It looks like the hotel is acquired by some other owner. This hotel used to be good but it's pathetic now.. no service no maintenance no cleaning. AC was not working Taps are so old in every room I tried 2 that they leak Forget about any service.. it's self service."
