Located on Grassy Key, this beautiful home is just 10 minutes from the City of Marathon. Far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle, but close enough to make a grocery/store run a “Keys breeze”. 

Out front you will be greeted by lush landscaping, surrounding a long & spacious driveway. With enough parking for all of your trucks, trailers & water toys.

Around back you’ll find the brand new, 6 person, 96 jet hot tub! Leave it cool in the summer to refresh yourself from the Florida heat, or turn it on full blast in the winter to give your body a much needed heated massage.

Take a stroll down lovers lane & you’ll be quietly greeted by the Keys Ocean breeze. Lay down in your hammock between two native trees, and let your mind drift off while staring into the vast array of greens and blues.

Inside you will find a cool, clean & neatly decorated home.

The living room offers extra sleeping space, with a queen pullout bed in the sofa near the entryway of the home. (The two chairs pictured have been replaced).

There is also a separate sofa that can be used to relax, watch TV or play board games. Your choice!



You will find the kitchen well equipped, including an oven/stove, sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Also provided are pots, pans & kitchen utensils.

The one & only bedroom is cute & cozy. Snuggle up in the central A/C after a long hot day in the Keys sun or stream your favorite shows from our complimentary Smart TV

You will also have access to the spotless full bathroom, equipped with sink, toilet, shower, & laundry room (not pictured) w/ washer & dryer.

If you want to experience authentic, uninterrupted, “Keys Living” at it's best, this is your place!

*Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly.

* Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.

*Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly.
