The Space:

Inside unit #11 at Coral Lagoon Resort, you’ll find a bright open-concept living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating, and a Full/Queen sleeper sofa—perfect for families and groups. Unwind on two levels of shaded balconies complete with an electric grill, where canal views create the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.



Surrounded by 6 acres of lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon offers a resort-style pool and beautifully maintained grounds, all just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and local attractions in the heart of the Florida Keys.



The Boat House Marina is a full-service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost:



BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:

Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily

Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

Onsite trailer storage option.

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.



When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at The Boat House Marina or call their office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.



Other Things to Note:

**All boats kept in the community must be insured.

**Boat Dock is included w/ rental but Boat Trailer Storage is not, call The Boat House Marina for onsite trailer storage info. There are offsite trailer parking options as well.
