We present you a vacation property located in the Marbella Park Beach Urbanization, which is located in the heart of the charming town of Elviria, known for being one of the most attractive tourist areas of Marbella. Surrounded by the majesty of the Sierra Blanca mountain and the glittering Mediterranean Sea, this urbanization offers a perfect combination of beauty, nature and the elegance of modern life.

Elviria is known for its golden sandy beaches, beaches like Playa de las Chapas, located just 14 minutes walking and 4 minutes by car, Playa de las Cañas 20 minutes away, also on foot, or Playa del Real de Zaragoza, which will also be close if you travel by car, as it is only 10 minutes away.

And, if we talk about beaches, we can not leave aside its great beach clubs where you can enjoy a good cocktail accompanied by the sound of the sea and the sun of the coast, such as: La Plage Casanis, Club 200 Restaurant or Simbad Restaurant & Beach Bar, to which you can walk as they are less than half an hour away.

On the other hand, if what you want is to sit down and enjoy a lunch or dinner in a good restaurant with the most typical Mediterranean diet, you can not hesitate to visit the Perla Blanca, a few steps from the urbanization and specialized in rice and fried fish, the Restaurant La Scala Marbella, a 10-minute walk, or Rubyana, with abundant daily menus and just 6 minutes walk, among many others.

And, if you feel like eating at home, it will not be for lack of nearby supermarkets such as Carrefour Market, Supercor Express or Eroski Aliprox, all a few steps from the property.

In addition, it is between 5 and 10 minutes drive from the prestigious golf courses of Elviria, such as Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella, Greenlife Golf Academy, Marbella Golf Country Club or Santa Clara Golf Marbella. And, while we are on the subject of sport, why not mention the beautiful Teco action trail? Where you can take a stroll while enjoying incredible views.

Well, it is not only the location that will make you fall in love with this apartment, but also its beautiful living room, its 2 bedrooms, its 2 bathrooms, its kitchen and, of course, its spectacular private terrace with several chill-out areas, all spread over a comfortable size of 52 m².

The spacious and bright living room, which has a separate air conditioning, a smart TV, a nice sofa and a dining table, connects directly to the private terrace of the property, which can also be accessed from the bedroom. On this terrace you will find several chill-out areas: two small round tables, one of them with two armchairs and another one with two hammocks, and another one, of larger dimensions, to have lunch and dinner with friends or family, as well as to enjoy a good breakfast outdoors.

The kitchen, being this room the first one you will see upon entering the house, is fully equipped with appliances, including refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and coffee maker; and basic kitchenware so you will feel that you lack absolutely nothing.

The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, fitted closets and bed linen, as well as high quality towels. In addition, both have fans, and, in the case of the master bedroom, an en suite bathroom and, as we have explained before, a direct access to the terrace of the house, and, in the case of the secondary bedroom, a window, through which fresh air also enters.

Finally, at your disposal you will find another nice bathroom which, like the previous one, is equipped with bathtub, sink, toilet and clean towels, although, in this case, instead of being en suite, it is located next to the secondary bedroom.

As for the urbanisation, Park Beach is a gated residential community that has two outdoor swimming pools, one for children, which are open from 10:00 to 21:00 from 1 April to 19 November (subject to variation of availability).

Other extras to mention would be the wifi, with reach in all areas of the apartment, and a private parking space in garage so you can park your vehicle, without any problem, if you decide to visit Marbella Center or Puerto Banus, which are 18 and 25 minutes away by car, respectively.

Perfect location close to beach

Its easy to find and everything was perfect for 3 persons. You reach the beach within 2 minutes. The apartment was clean. We will defenitely come back.

Heerlijke locatie om te overwinteren

Het verblijf ziet er netjes uit, iets gedateerd. Alles is aanwezig. Heerlijk groot balkon. Goede stevige bedden.Op zeer korte afstand van het strand. Een aardig levendig centrumpje op ca.1 km afstand. Dichtbij Marbella en andere leuke plaatsen. Genoeg vertier ondanks dat het januari was. Kortom: prima locatie en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
