Beachfront Condo in Marbella Center with 2 Pools & Parking

Luxury apartment in the first line of the beach in Marbella city center. Modern and fully renovated. Located on Marbella beachfront, with direct access to the beach and really close to the Old Town (only 5 minutes walking).

The building has 2 pools, one is on the ground floor and another on the rooftop with amazing 360º views to the beach and the mountains behind Marbella.

Perfect for family vacations, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, sea view living room and terrace and private parking included!

Our 90sqm roomy apartment is well equipped in a luxury building with marble floors. You can rest and sleep camly, hearing the sea. Stay in WIFI with your family, wash your clothes, cook your favorite dish and live like a local in Marbella.

And, for sure, enjoy the beach, the pools, stroll along the promenade, outside dining and feel the Old Town atmosphere around the lovely Plaza de Naranjos ...

Parking will not be a problem because we provide private parking for our guests' car. Just come to Marbella, park, take the elevator and welcome home!

Services provided: beach & bath towels, bedding, 2 rooms, 4 beds, up to 5 guests, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, kitchen, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine (not dryer) , dishwasher, hair-dryer, shower gel, shampoo, iron & ironing board, safebox, Netflix ready TV, free and unlimited WIFI, etc. And free parking space!

Common areas: 2 communal pools (ground floor and rooftop) with, cloth drying area. There is a convenient children playground near the building (1 minute from the main door).

After the check in you will be in the apartment by yourself, but we will be happy if you need any help or advice during your stay. We will be happy to give you local advices!

Just let us know if you have any question or inquiry before your arrival.

HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking allowed only in the balcony.
- Not suitable for pets.
- No parties or events.
- Check in is anytime after 2PM
- We only grant the access to our Homeaway / VRBO guests. Strangers not allowed.
- Since this is a registered vacational property, we will require your ID to be registered upon arrival.
- Be quiet after 10pm.

This apartment was fantastic. We could not have been happier! The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to old town. We really enjoyed both of the pools as well. Juan was a great host and always available for questions. He even took us to see where the grocery stores were, it was above and beyond. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time. The apartment is modern and well appointed. The fifth bed is in the main room but is on the side with a privacy screen which worked fine for our 17 year old. The view of the ocean and the sound of the waves are magical. So much fun to stroll down the beach stopping for gelato, coffee, cocktail depending on time of day. Juan left a helpful list of restaurants and shopping and we did a lot of exploring of the area. This is not the glitzy Marbella neighborhood with high end shops and crazy yachts, luxury vehicles so if you want that, stay further up at Puerto Banus or stay here and walk or dive there and spend the you have saved by staying here. We would definitely come back!

Amazing stay in Marbella

I will be given 6 stars if I could. From the moment we booked the property the communication with Juan was outstanding. Quickly responses every single time. He waited for us at the property and gave us all the instructions we needed for a great stay. Apartment view is amazing, and we really enjoyed listening to the waves all day. The apartment is very well equipped and super clean. Loved the location where I could walk everywhere and enjoyed the old town. We had an amazing stay and Juan is a super host. I can't recommend enough, the building is old but the apartment is amazing. Hope we can come back one day in the future. Thank you Juan for being an amazing host!

Spacious apartment near beach and town centre

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it! This 2nd floor apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus room for more. Recently renovated, it has all amenities you could want. The apartment is very clean and meticulously kept. It is beachfront and has a front and centre view of the sea. It is about 2 blocks from town centre, and just slightly east of the busy promenade area on the beach. The exterior of the building is undergoing ongoing renovations, but noise was minimal and did not bother us. Juan was very thoughtful and accommodating. Great location in Marbella! I would recommend!

Beautiful waterfront apartment

Juan and Mar couldn’t have been more accommodating - they are wonderful hosts! The apartment was very clean and located in an excellent place for easy access to both the Golden Mile and Old Town. Make sure you have a small vehicle, though. The parking spot was a bit stressful:) we highly recommend this property.

Lovely place with amazing view

Loved going to bed and waking up to the sound of the sea! The apartment is as beautiful as in the pictures, located in a beautiful and well kept building. In a great location to explore Marbella for the first time while it’s close to the beach, city center and old town. Lovely kitchen which had handy stuf like an orange press, coffeemachine, pepper, oil, salt etc. The communication with the host was easy and good.

Beautiful Seaside Apartment Marbella

The apartment is spacious and airy with sweeping views of the sea from the glass doors. The apartment is very modern and updated and had every amenity needed for a weeklong stay with 4 adults. The building is very well located and is walking distance to supermarkets, shops and endless number of restaurants along the street and along the sea paseo. The only downside to the building is the lack of a fitness center. The common areas of the building like the lobbies and pools are dated but very clean. Very nice modern apartment with great views and convenient location to Marbella and Old Marbella. I highly recommend the apartment.

Marbella Rocks

The pictures are very accurate. Juan was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. There was coffee pods when we arrived, condiments like oil and some spices, linens, including beach towels, and beach chairs. The location is amazing; walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops! Very safe. Pools are very clean. Nice beach to swim, with cool ocean water. Everything you would expect for a 5 star accommodation!

Excellentes vacances à Marbella!

Cette propriété est vraiment magnifique! Mon épouse et moi y avons séjourné pendant 4 semaines et n’avons aucun point négatif à mentionner. La description de la propriété ainsi que les photos illustrées sur le site de location sont conformes à la réalité. Il faut vraiment y vivre pour apprécier sa propreté, son confort et sa localisation. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle! La propriété est située directement sur le bord de la mer et n’est qu’à quelques minutes de marche de la vieille ville, des restaurants, des épiceries, etc. Les hôtes Juan & Mar sont très accueillants et toujours présents pour répondre à nos questions et faciliter notre séjour. C’est très facile et rapide de communiquer avec eux. Juan nous a accueilli à notre arrivée pour nous faire visiter les lieux et nous a remis une liste de recommandations d’activités, de restaurants, etc. Ce fut très apprécié. Lovely property on the sea wall

My husband and I just spent 5 weeks in this very clean and comfortable apartment on the sea wall. It is just far enough from the wall to be very quiet except for the soothing sound of the waves. The apartment is better than the photos and we especially loved the sitting area that opened to the sea view. Juan is very easy to contact and goes out of his way to solve any problem. The only negative is the parking, positive that there is parking in the building, but very tight to access with anything but a small car. Thank you Juan for a special visit.

I cannot reommend this apartment highly enough. It was exactly as advertised on HomeAway. Beautifully decorated with every amenity you would need. The pool areas and beach were fab and it was right in the heart of Marbella town.

Incredible apartment in a perfect location.

I never assume that places are like the pictures, so I tend to rely on reviews. The pictures were stunning, but it was the reviews of others that led us to choose this property. And we are extremely glad we did! Everything from the helpfulness of Juan and Mar to the parking place to the local hints to the appartment and location were as others have stated- and better. It is a remarkable place. A few things to note. Juan and Mar were very easy to communicate with. Unlike some VRBOs that have property management companies running them, they have a very personal touch to this place. As if this is their only property (I have no idea if it is, but it seemed like it). We booked very early (almost 8 months) and about a month after we decided to shorten our stay by a day. They were very understanding and refunded money immediately. I was so impressed with how helpful they were during that process. They also refunded our damage deposit the day we checked out even though a chair leg broke during our stay. They provided fantastic local recommendations as well. And helped us park when we got there (in a very safe and clean garage). The space is easy to navigate in an out of, but the space is not made for large cars (ours). The place is beautiful. It sits two floors above a pool, and looks directly over the beach. You can be on the beach literally in a few steps, only crossing a boardwalk from the building. We preferred the sandier entry about 300 meters to the right (near Soleo a resturant and Beach Club). But there will be sunbathers up and down the Beach for kilometers in both directions. Old town is basically 2 blocks (in American talk) away. I am really not sure there could be a better location in Marbella. Our kids were along, so the little things like the supermarket a block away and the beach toys and umbrella in the closet helped. They enjoyed both pools as well. There tends to be a mix of vacationers and some residents at the pools, so it is usually pretty quiet there. But this is a perfect place for a family of 3-5. I can't recommend this place enough. If we ever get the chance to get back to the Costa Del Sol we will look here first for accommodations.

The View!

The pictures in the VRBO posting are spot on!!!! Sometimes, I've seen some manipulated photos by owners, but this place is actually even more beautiful than the pictures could tell. From all rooms in the apartment (except the bathrooms), you can see the Mediterranean. The view from the rooftop pool was awe-inspiring! The apartment itself was sleek, white and clean with a few welcoming gifts as well (Thanks Juan y Mar! Delicious!) We were a 3-generational family of 5 including 2 teenage girls and we felt we had plenty of public and private space. There were 2 bedrooms (with plenty of room for our luggage) plus an alcove with a privacy screen adjoining the living room with a single bed. The living room had plenty of room for all of us to lounge. There is an additional sunroom space perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. The apartment included a washer and a drying rack--convenient for beach clothes. The owners did not skimp on the linens and the mattresses were so comfy! We all slept like a rock. Included are 5 beach towels as well. Juan also left a well written collection of restaurant suggestions that we took advantage of and are glad we did. There is a parking spot included with this apartment. A previous reviewer expressed concerns about the size of the spot. We had a 7-passenger van (Seat Alhambra) and had no trouble parking there. There is no doubt in my mind that, when we return someday to Marbella, we will rent this same apartment. It is a great value for the money. I only wish that every VRBO I rent was/will be as successful as this one!
