A fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine. It is stocked with all the necessary crockery and utensils for a seamless self-catering experience.

The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms:



Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, Smart TV with Netflix, and ample storage space.



Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds.



Bathroom:

A clean, functional bathroom featuring a large sink, walk-in shower, and a washing machine for your convenience.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.



Pool: Open seasonally (usually May–October). Please confirm availability for your specific dates, as opening times may be affected by drought restrictions.
