Neighborhood
Finds itself ensconced on the western side of Rio Real, just east of Marbella old town in a peaceful residential area dominated by gentle olive and pine-clad slopes, beaches, dunes and sea views. This location has the distinction of being highly central and peaceful, thus endowing the private community of villas with the best of both worlds.
All manner of facilities are within easy reach, yet this is a secluded area on gently sloping, southwest facing land with panoramic sea and mountain views on which a private community of luxurious contemporary villas has been built and created. You will hardly believe the way African mountains get silhouetted against the glowing sunset during warm-weather days.
Being just a few minutes of drive away from the traditional and historic part of Marbella, which you can endure in Marbella's old town, and yet only a few minutes of walk away from the finest white sandy beaches, is why we call La Finca de Marbella a prime location. In blending nature and modernity we offer the best of both worlds, as in the case of a location that is peaceful and secure yet also central and convenient for our guests.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
