Speaking of meals, the sleek, Scandinavian-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee and tea maker, fridge, freezer, and everything else you might need to prepare a delicious meal. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six people, making it perfect for shared meals.

The open-plan living area invites you to unwind, with a spacious sofa, a flat-screen SMART TV with Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. On top of that, the room is warmed by a fireplace, creating an intimate atmosphere perfect for cool evenings.

The apartment boasts three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful stay. The two master bedrooms each feature comfortable double beds made from natural materials, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The third bedroom has two single beds, equally as comfortable, making it ideal for children or friends. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for additional guests.

Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. For monthly discounted bookings, the guest will stand responsible for the electricity costs.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.

The Location is excellent The apartment is adequate but dated and not big enough for 6 adults The terrace is small The twin bedroom has no wardrobe or draws and no Airconditioning it would be ok for small children The bathrooms are dated The sitting are is too small for 6 people The standard of bedding and towels is poor The washing machine does not work The kitchen is poorly equipped There is only 2 sun loungers provided There are no communal loungers provided around the pool So you have to carry your lounger to the pool or lie on the grass The pool area is lovely and well maintained I think the apartment is too expensive and the description is misleading I would not stay here again but I would look to stay in a different, better standard apartment in the same Complex

Wisam is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night's stay.The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was within walking distance of some tourist attractions, and it was close to many shops to get you to the ones further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Marbella.
