"The location was 9/10 bit of a walk from the tube but not bad! Lovely building and reception area! They could do with being able to check two sets of guests in at the same time, I’m not sure whether some training was going on at check in! The room unfortunately was designed for a disabled person, not really what you’d expect for able bodied, but it was spacious! Lovely bathroom / wet room! Lovely decor! The bed was a touch firm, but that’s always a personal choice! My only criticism, it wasn’t clear which was Air con shd which was the heating! In addition, the electric blinds were great, but not clear which switch operated them! OTHERWISE a fabulous stay and exceptional value"

Residence Inn by Marriott London Kensington

10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It served as a fantastic, convenient base for exploring London’s major attractions. We were thrilled to check in early, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. Having access to the complimentary laundry room was an absolute game-changer while traveling. The daily English breakfast was also great and the perfect way to power up for a busy day of sightseeing, while the staff provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations. The only minor downside was the elevator—it can be quite slow, and one unit was out of order for part of our stay. However, the staff was extremely proactive in notifying guests and guiding us to alternative routes to our room. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!"

"Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else."
