"What a fabulous location! The property is within minutes of Paddington Station with easy access to Heathrow via high speed train or the Tube to tour London. The property was well maintained and the staff super friendly. My partner enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby several times a day :). We were pleasantly surprised at the traditional English breakfast provided each morning, a great was to start the day. Perfect for what we needed and a great price."

It was very disappointing that there was no one to help us bring our luggages to our room on the third floor, and I was with my elderly parents, so I had to carry up 3 big suitcase by myself. The room was also smaller than expected, even though it was a room for 5 people and we were just 3 people. I would say the best part of this hotel is the location, very close to Paddington Station."

Our room was very clean and the welcome message, card and prosecco were a lovely touch to help celebrate our special occasion. The breakfast was outstanding with an exceptional choice available, definitely something for every taste, and the omelettes were amazing! The VIP lounge was perfect for a drink prior to going out for the evening. The location was good with the tube station just around the corner. Will definitely consider staying here again."
