"We had the most wonderful stay at the boathouse with my mum and sister — such a unique and unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us personally and gave us a lovely tour around the boat, showing us everything we needed to know. You can really tell how much thought has gone into every detail. There was a hairdryer, straighteners, plenty of plug sockets (including USB sockets), and lots of mirrors — all those little touches that make such a difference when you’re...

"Très bel hôtel à Londres, à 2 minutes de marche de Paddington Station et de Hyde Park. Situé sur une rue privée très paisible. Tout était parfait, mais la salle de bain est un peu désuète et le resto/bar est très acceuillant mais un peu petit."

"Nice location. Clean room, nice staff at breakfast. Breakfast is good and not too much for me."

"Don’t expect the Waldorf Astoria. It’s a small, cosy hotel. The staff always do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But you have to speak to them if you want them to take action! Breakfast is freshly prepared; it’s not a buffet. The location is very convenient: shopping, evening strolls or a spontaneous trip into the city centre – everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. The only thing that ‘bothered’ me a little – though that’s really just nit-picking – is that the room...

"We only stayed here one night. If you don’t mind an extremely small room, then this hotel is good for several reasons: 1. It’s incredibly close to the Paddington train/tube station. 2. It provides a very nice free breakfast. 3. It’s cheap. 4. It was clean."

"Excellent stay, reception staff amazing and helful. Close to all restaurants/shops and Paddington station."

"Small apartment in a busy but good neighborhood. The mattress was paper thin and on a frame that was basically a wooden pallet. Very warm. The apartment was surface clean in most areas but the shower needed a good scrubbing. Thought the tiles were caulked with black grout at first - it was that bad - until I noticed the upper tiles had white caulking! Maybe clean the lower ones? Sent the management company 3 emails in the first 24 hours of our stay and received only AI automated responses...

"The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean. Location is amazing. however the rooms are very tight , not suitable for a traveller with luggage. And the bed mattress was uncomfortable"

"Our room was a twin, there was barely enough space for us to move around, no place to open our 2 large suitcases except to lay them on the bed. The room's floor slated downhill as did the beds, the bathroom door closed on its one due to the slant. If there had been a fire or an emergency of any kind I'm not sure we could have made it out of the room unharmed. The counter space was so small. I couldn't close or open the drapes without moving the bed. On the day we were packing to leave a bug ran...

"Staff was exceptional and extremely accommodating! The location was perfect for travel around town. Easy to get to the tube and plenty of local cafes and dinning in the neighborhood for a quick bite."

"I think they need To offer better facilities for a 4 Star hotel."
