Great location, very clean room, rain shower was heavenly, breakfast and other meals were premium and healthy, staff was very friendly, kind and professional. I loved my room very much that I’ll be requesting it each time I’m in London. The staff in this hotel were extraordinary. They were so warm, welcoming and kind. The breakfast was fabulous and the room clean and quiet. It was close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station for ease of access to Heathrow and Great Western Railway options. I will definitely return.
