This was my second stay for a business trip. All the staff were very kind and polite. The rooms were simple yet had a distinctly British feel and were very clean, making them very comfortable. However, because the building is old, you can often hear footsteps from the upstairs and the floor creaking. Also, I personally found the fixed showerhead, rather than a handheld one, inconvenient. Aside from that, it's a wonderful hotel.

The staff were truly exceptional. Kind, conversational and always on the ball. The condition of the hotel was quite dated - at least our room. The photos on Expedia didn’t quite translate into our experience, sadly, so it’s unlikely we’d stay again. On the plus, room service prices were very fair for London. Thanks for our stay.

The room was lovely and spacious. We greatly appreciated the warm welcome and fruit plate as well! Some confusion was had between the two staff members regarding a “complimentary” upgrade vs paying for one and of course we had to pay for what was stated to be complimentary. Overall, Roseate House is in a prime location, and the staff is wonderful, their attention to detail and helpfulness makes the experience. My room was a little outdated compared to the pictures advertised, but I think that was an exception. The property overall was gorgeous, and situated perfectly in Paddington.

highly recommend staying in this fabulous place! We were on the sixth floor gorgeous views would totally choose to stay there again if we revisit London! The staff was super helpful, super friendly, and we could not have had a better stay in London! So close to Paddington Station for access to trains to the airport & other places.
