The hotel is very convenient for Paddington station and the room is spacious with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. If it were not for the bed, I would give it 5 stars. The bed itself was very comfortable but, for reason unknown, it is crammed up by the window requiring my wife to have to climb over the bed to get in. Furthermore, the light switches cannot be easily reached from the bed. A little redesign would be in order.

The staff were helpful and the room clean. It is a nice place to stay. We were not so thrilled with the self serve components, but we understand that is the style. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We found the small window made it feel a bit claustrophobic, but that is probably just because in comparison to our home, the space was darker. We didn't have the breakfast, but saw other people eating it and it looked fabulous. Staff were always super helpful and the room was well designed. While not our style, I would recommend it for other people who are more used to the apartment style. The location could not be better - short walk to two different subway stations- one being paddington station. It was a great place to stay when trying to see the city.

Great room for a short to mid term stay. Would be nice to have somewhere to store bigger luggage. I loved all of the nice touches such as linking phone to TV, blackout curtains, and water jug. I’ll be back!
