"Just an amazing hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas, at a decent cost - and a shoutout to Anthony the doorman who was super helpful! Only downside was finding it hard to find room / lifts on the 4th floor and wait for the lifts. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent. A few steps from Paddington train/tube and buses. The hotel itself is easy to find and have very welcoming and courteous staff. They provided local info including eating options and laundry facilities. The room was immaculate in presentation and cleanliness, with rooms serviced each day. I highly recomend and believe its best value for money. Thanks to Mehd, Hakeem, Alex & Sandeep for a wonderful stay!"

"The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. The continental breakfast room service is not much cheaper."

"Check-in was easy and quick, and on arrival I was offered a free upgrade to a double room by the very pleasant lady in reception. The room was spotless as was the ensuite, and the bed very comfortable with crisp white bedlinen. The amenities were very good, and I loved the view over the Norfolk Square park. I would definitely stay there again."
